Welcome to my portfolio where you can view a selection of my art works.
I am a multi-disciplinary artist and complementary therapist based in rural Pembrokeshire. My practice as a complementary therapist informs my art practice and vice versa. My studio and bodywork practice are on opposite corners of our field, so I walk between the two spaces to work with the body.

The body has always been my source of inspiration and making art is my way of exploring my curiosity about my body’s connection to the natural world and a sense of myself being within both simultaneously.

My work is inspired by my inner and outer terrains, from cells to stars and everything in-between. I enjoy using unexpected combinations of materials from soil, herbs, embroidery, textiles, collaging anatomical imagery with hedgerow creatures and I often use fluid-like-media to evoke sacs, vessels and cellular worlds, combining this with hand drawn imagery.

I am aware of an inner life force that flows within my body and within the natural world and it is this thread connecting us that inspires my art work. My practice merges and dissolves boundaries, the body's traditional form is absent as the body becomes one with nature, untethered from human form.
