I am a multi-disciplinary artist and complementary therapist based in Pembrokeshire. I work with the body in a remote, rural landscape and this inspires the work that I make. 

 

Essentially, I am curious about being in nature’s body and my multilayered connection to nature. I enjoy exploring a sense of dissolving, merging, a fluidity, a constant entwining between us both. It is our biological interconnected-ness and the body’s internal landscapes that intrigues me, the unseen terrains of ourselves, the strata of our bodies. My practice enables me to explore my sense of being a biological being.

 

The landscape where I live and work provides me materials and visual inspiration along with a sense of the passing of time.  My awareness of earths moving, the seasonal cycles, the growth and decay seen around me and felt within me are important elements of my body of work.
