A sketchbook is an essential tool for recording ideas, inspiration & feelings. I have constantly carried a sketchbook everywhere with me, throughout motherhood, on training courses, on holidays, in my treatment room. A sketchbook maybe stored for years but the ideas and drawings will always there to come back to for fresh inspiration.
